The Ingham County Historical Commission is now accepting applications for the Heritage Award.

The goal for the Heritage Award is to recognize knowledge about, and commitment to, Ingham County’s past.  This award is proudly presented by the Historical Commission with hopes that it will increase County-wide participation in preserving the County’s heritage.  Support for our historical resources is important to the pride and economic well-being of our communities. The Heritage Award celebrates and promotes achievements that may otherwise go unnoticed.

Each year one award will be given for projects and activities that increase public awareness of, or preserve, Ingham County’s rich heritage.
